Cobrra is intentionally small. Work is scoped and led by the founder, with emphasis on understanding the workflow, building the system, and proving performance with evaluation rather than presentation polish.
The practice focuses on areas where AI has to survive contact with real data: document-heavy operations, domain-specific language, LLM workflows, retrieval, automation, and measurable quality control.
